1. Service Description

PageFunnelPro provides unlimited copywriting services on a subscription basis. Services include landing pages, email sequences, ad copy, sales pages, and full-funnel copywriting for businesses.

2. Subscription Plans

• Starter Plan ($497/month): 3-4 copy requests per month with 2-3 day turnaround
• Pro Plan ($997/month): Unlimited copy requests with 24-48 hour turnaround
• All plans include unlimited revisions until you're satisfied

3. Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial months

4. Delivery & Revisions

• First delivery within 72 hours of subscription activation
• Subsequent requests delivered according to your plan's turnaround time
• Unlimited revisions included until you approve the final copy
• Rush requests may be accommodated based on availability

5. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you own all rights to the copy we create for you. PageFunnelPro retains the right to use anonymized examples for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

PageFunnelPro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month the issue occurred. We are not responsible for business results or conversion rates.
